      元恐惧：荆棘与梦

欢迎来到“元恐惧：荆棘与梦想”。在这次展览中，我邀请你们来到我个人对仙人掌恐惧的讲述——一段穿越记忆和自我发现走廊的旅程。

我的恐惧源于我住在祖母家屋子的日子，屋子里有一株看似巨大的仙人掌。虽然不是真正的巨大，但对我三岁的自己来说，它显得很大——既是着迷的来源，也是恐惧的来源。

我恐惧的根源不仅仅是身体接触。一个房间被一株增殖的仙人掌吞噬的噩梦萦绕在我的睡眠中。尖刺穿透了每一个空间，让人无法逃脱——这是一种超越有形的压倒性恐惧的象征性表现。

通过这里展示的艺术品，我的目标是发起对话，鼓励人们思考恐惧的本质。有些作品是作为对话的开始，在你参与其中的叙事时培养同理心。这些视觉故事反映了我的个人旅程——直面恐惧，寻求逃离，最终渴望在没有仙人掌引起的恐惧的情况下变老。

META-FEAR: THORNS AND DREAMS

Welcome to 'Meta-Fear: Thorns and Dreams.' In this exhibition, I extend an invitation into the narrative of my personal fear of cacti—a journey through the corridors of my memory and self-discovery.

My fear finds its roots in the days of my grandmother's house, where a seemingly colossal cactus house plant stood. Though not truly immense, to my three-year-old self, it loomed large—a source of both fascination and fear.

The origin of my fear goes beyond mere physical encounters. Nightmares of a room consumed by a proliferating cactus haunted my sleep. Spikes pierced through every space, leaving no escape—a symbolic manifestation of an overwhelming fear that transcended the tangible.

Through the artworks displayed here, I aim to initiate conversations, encouraging contemplation on the nature of fear. Some pieces are crafted as conversation starters, fostering empathy as you engage with the narratives within. These visual tales reflect my personal journey—of confronting fears, seeking escape, and ultimately aspiring to grow old without the specter of cactus-induced apprehension.

As you navigate this exhibition, may you discover resonance with your own fears, sparking reflections that transcend the immediate and create a shared space for healing and understanding. Thank you for embarking on this exploration with me.
